The Previously unknown purpose of the “Ninth Cheveron” is revealed, and ends up taking a team to an Ancient ship “Destiny”, a ship built millions of years ago by the Ancients, used to seed Distant galaxies with Stargates.

Commander Kiva of the Lucian Alliance has managed to board the Destiny and has taken several of the crew hostage.

The crew calls upon a brilliant scientist from Earth to help find a solution when a drive module on the Destiny explodes due to an overload.

The crew calls upon a brilliant mind from Earth to help in a crisis — a quadriplegic scientist who temporarily takes over Wray’s body.

Dr. Rush links himself directly to the destiny’s computer hoping it will reveal the code needed to control the flight path.

Destiny stops near a planet with an abundance of food and water but its countdown clock isn’t running.

Dr. Nicholas Rush and Chloe suffer nightmares following their ordeal on the alien vessel, and Rush suspects that a tracking device may have been placed on the ship’s hull. Later, a splinter group on Destiny executes a coup with life-threatening consequences.

Using a piece of Ancients technology, Colonel Young accidentally ends up on an alien vessel, and then, suddenly, finds himself back on the Destiny. Meanwhile Rush is captured by some aliens and they put him into the tank.

When one of the crew becomes the prime suspect in a crime, the others must determine the individual’s guilt.

Some of the crew use the Ancient Long Range Communications Device to reassure their loved ones that they are okay.

An away team finds a kino beside a Stargate on a jungle world, which contains video footage of the team that was shot prior to their arrival. Then, an illness cripples the team, forcing them to quarantine themselves on the planet.

The Ancient communication stones are used to allow a few crewmembers’ consciousnesses to return to Earth to go over a risky plan that could bring the crew home.

To replenish their supplies the crew attempts to harvest water from an ice planet.

The crew are in close proximity to one of the three planets. Col. Young tells everyone that only seventeen people can go in the shuttle and a lottery will determine their fate.

Dr. Nicholas Rush tries to find out why the ship’s power reserves are critically low. Colonel Young orders everyone to limit the power consumption. Eventually everything apart from the life support goes out. However, Destiny reaches a solar system with three planets giving them hope to live another day.

A team is sent to a desert planet in order to find a mineral needed to repair the life support system onboard the ship, though their first tests do not seem successful, and their window of opportunity is closing rapidly. Meanwhile, Chloe Armstrong has a last chance to see her mother.

Tensions rise as the new arrivals explore the ship. Dr. Rush comes under suspicion with his secretive behavior and attitude. He determines however that the ship is losing air.
